报告应用放射免放法对20例体外循环心内直视手术病人的血浆 T_3,T_4及 TSH 进行测定,以了解其甲状腺功能的改变。结果是:体外循环中 T_3及 TSH 明显降低,T_4仅有轻度下降;术后 T_3,T_4及 TSH 含量进行性升高,于术后第一天达到高峰,第三天逐渐接近术前水平,从而提示:在体外循环中 T_3,T_4及 TSH 含量的降低与甲状腺内激素水平的变化及 TSH 释放的直接抑制有关。并对发生这种改变的可能原因进行讨论。
Report application of radio-free law on 20 cases of cardiopulmonary bypass open heart surgery in patients with plasma T_3, T_4 and TSH were measured to understand the changes in thyroid function. The results were: T 3 and TSH during cardiopulmonary bypass were significantly decreased, T 4 only slightly decreased; T 3, T 4 and TSH levels increased progressively after operation, reaching the peak on the first postoperative day, gradually approaching the preoperative level on the third day, It is suggested that the decrease of T_3, T_4 and TSH during cardiopulmonary bypass is related to the changes of intra-thyroid hormones and the direct inhibition of TSH release. And discuss the possible causes of such changes.
