随着计算机应用的飞速发展,信息科学和计算机技术的医学应用,已成为现代化医学、医院管理学不可缺少的一个部分。 计算机的应用对20世纪的医学科学研究,对今后医学事业的变革和发展将发挥重要的作用,将计算机有效地应用到医学各个领域已成为不可忽视的一项重要任务。 但是,在卫生系统,计算机应用和发展很不平衡,面临严峻的挑战,如果不以积极的态度,采取正确的发展策略,真抓实干,我们只能越来越拉大同世界先进水平的距离,影响整个医学科学的开拓与进步。
