本文介绍舟山市普陀区作为浙江省第一批医改试点县区在全面实施基层医疗卫生机构绩效工资制度,积极探索绩效考核体系建设过程的具体做法、初步成效和存在问题,说明基层医疗卫生机构实施绩效工资制度与建立绩效考核体系,旨在确保基层医疗卫生机构的良性运行,充分调动医务人员的工作积极性,可以取得“群众得实惠、卫生得发展、政府得民心”的效果。
