在转型时期的社会环境里,军人的个体价值观受影响较大,传统的价值观引导机制又一时没跟上这种变化,从而出现隐性价值观和显性价值观两分的苗头。隐性价值观有良性与恶性之分,恶性的隐性价值观对军人的消极影响不可小视,必须及时有效地清理。以“三个代表”重要思想重构当代军人的主导价值观是当前军人价值观建设的一项重大工程,有利于从根本上铲除军人隐性价值观得以生成的土壤。
In the social environment during the transition period, the individual values of military personnel are greatly affected. The traditional guiding mechanism of values has failed to keep up with this change. As a result, there are two signs of recessive values and explicit values. Recessive values are divided between benign and malignant. The negative impact of vicious hidden values on military personnel can not be underestimated and must be promptly and effectively cleaned up. To rebuild the dominant values of contemporary military personnel with the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ is a major project for the construction of the current military values and is conducive to fundamentally eradicating the soil from which the hidden values of military personnel are generated.
