故障现象一辆2007年生产的标致307 1.6 L三厢轿车,发动机型号为N6A 10XA3A PSA,据驾驶人反映,发动机冷却液温度过高(冷却液温度表指针在红色区域)时,冷却风扇不工作。故障诊断接车后试车,发现故障现象确实如驾驶人所述。经检查发现,冷却风扇的蓝色电源线是接到冷却风扇控制器的。冷却风扇控制器上有2个导线连接器(图1),一个上面有2根较粗的导线,另一个上面有4根较细的导线。脱开冷却风扇控制器上2端子的导线连接器,直接给蓝色导线供12 V电压,发现冷却风扇可以运转,这说明冷却风扇正常,推断冷却风扇控制器及其线路存在故障。

Remove the 2-conductor connector from the cooling fan controller and apply 12 V directly to the blue wire. The cooling fan is found to operate, indicating that the cooling fan is OK, inferring the presence of a fault on the cooling fan controller and its wiring.
