电子商务是以互联网作为主要载体的,其凭借着本身特有的优势,影响与改变着传统的商业运作模式,与此同时,在新的电子商务模式中,知识是最重要的生产力因素,通过建立企业的知识管理策略,可以有效地挖掘、共享和利用长期保存下来的信息资源和员工积累的实践经验与创新思想,从而保持电子商务企业的竞争优势。本文从电子商务与知识管理的基本概念出发,探讨了电子商务企业中的知识管理策略以及知识管理的实现过程。
E-commerce is based on the Internet as the main carrier, which by virtue of its own unique advantages, influence and change the traditional business model, at the same time, in the new e-commerce model, knowledge is the most important productivity factor, through the establishment of Enterprise knowledge management strategy can effectively tap, share and make use of long-term preservation of information resources and staff accumulated practical experience and innovative ideas, so as to maintain the competitive advantage of e-commerce business. Based on the basic concepts of e-commerce and knowledge management, this paper explores the knowledge management strategies and the realization process of knowledge management in e-commerce enterprises.
