少先队文化是校园文化有机组成部分之一,伴随全面发展素质教育理念的普及,少先队文化已经被提上校园文化建设议程。小学少先队活动的开展,应当本着“放飞心灵,快乐成长”的教育理念,从三个方面突破:走进自然,临场世界本身;课外活动,教育走向生活;多种形式,激发创新意识。 Young pioneer culture is one of the organic components of campus culture. With the popularization of the concept of quality education in an all-round way, Young Pioneers culture has been put on the agenda of campus culture construction. Primary Young Pioneers activities should be carried out in line with the educational philosophy of “letting go of the soul and grow up happily”, breaking through from three aspects: entering nature and the world itself; extra-curricular activities and education to life; stimulating innovative ideas in various forms .
