目的:对人Mcl-1基因启动子区结合蛋白进行生物信息学分析。方法:从Gene Bank数据库中获取人Mcl-1基因5’调控区,使用在线软件JASPAR对该序列可能存在的转录因子结合位点进行预测。结果:Relative profile score threshold在85%、90%、95%和100%时,该序列存在1700、1147、368和32个可能的转录因子结合位点,包含Arid3a,Atoh1,ETV6,Gata1,GATA3,KLF5,LMX1A,LMX1B,MZF1,Prrx2,SPI1,TBX4,USF1,YY1,ZEB1等。结论:人Mcl-1基因5’调控区存在多种转录因子的结合位点,这些转录因子大多与肿瘤发生,红细胞生成及神经发育等有关。
Objective: To study the bioinformatics analysis of human Mcl-1 gene promoter binding protein. METHODS: The 5 ’regulatory region of human Mcl-1 gene was obtained from Gene Bank database and the potential binding site of transcription factor was predicted by online software JASPAR. Results: There are 1700, 1147, 368 and 32 potential transcription factor binding sites in the sequence at 85%, 90%, 95% and 100% relative positions, including Arid3a, Atoh1, ETV6, Gata1, GATA3, KLF5, LMX1A, LMX1B, MZF1, Prrx2, SPI1, TBX4, USF1, YY1, ZEB1 and the like. CONCLUSION: There are many binding sites for transcription factors in the 5 ’regulatory region of human Mcl-1 gene. Most of these transcription factors are related to tumorigenesis, erythropoiesis and neurodevelopment.
