妊娠20周后胎儿在子宫内死亡,称为死胎。随着我国经济的发展,国内医疗水平的提高,围生儿死亡率呈下降趋势。但胎死宫内仍有发生,其原因包括妊娠合并症、胎盘及脐带因素、胎儿因素等。现报道脐带绕颈三周并脐带真结一个致死胎1例。1病历介绍患者,女,33岁,已婚,无业。孕3产1因妊娠39周伴下腹阵痛5小时,于2013年12月29日00:20入院。孕期检查无异常,既往无基础病史,平常月经规则,末次月经2013年3月28日,预产期2014年1月5日。入院查体,生命体征平稳,专科检查:宫高33cm,腹围88cm,头先露,宫缩 Fetal in the womb after 20 weeks of pregnancy, known as stillbirth.
