研究了经超细晶粒形变热处理工艺处理的65Mn钢丝所制弹簧的疲劳特性及断裂类型。实验结果表明此类弹簧具有优异的疲劳性能,利用实验数据绘制成Goodman图,并进行实验弹簧断口SEM分析,对疲劳断裂类型特别是Ⅲ型早期疲劳裂纹的萌生与扩展进行了研究。指出Ⅲ型疲劳断裂与Ⅰ型断裂同为一种普遍的弹簧早期疲劳断裂型式。
The fatigue properties and fracture types of springs made of 65Mn steel wire treated by ultrafine grained heat treatment were studied. The experimental results show that this type of spring has excellent fatigue properties. Goodman diagram is drawn based on the experimental data, and the fracture analysis of the experimental spring is carried out to study the initiation and propagation of the fatigue fracture type, especially Type Ⅲ early fatigue crack. It is pointed out that the type Ⅲ fatigue fracture and the type Ⅰ fracture are both common spring early fatigue fracture types.
