目的:研究抗复感颗粒对脾气虚症小鼠抗应激反应的能力和急性毒性。方法:给小鼠皮下注射利血平制成脾虚模型,灌胃给予复感颗粒(12.14,9.10,6.83 g生药/kg),观察抗复感颗粒对脾虚小鼠体重、体温、带负荷游泳时间、耐低温能力的影响;观察抗复感颗粒对小鼠经灌胃给药的急性毒性。结果:抗复感颗粒能显著提高脾虚小鼠的体温和体重,能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间及提高耐寒能力(P<0.05,P<0.01);小鼠灌服抗复感颗粒的急性毒性实验未观察到明显毒性反应,最大给药量为267.48 g生药/kg。结论:抗复感粒颗可改善脾虚小鼠的体温和体重,具有抗疲劳、耐寒作用,可增加小鼠抗应激反应的能力,且具有良好的安全性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-stress and anti- acute toxicity of Kangfu Granule in spleen deficiency mice. Methods: The mice were injected subcutaneously with reserpine to make the model of spleen deficiency. The mice were given gavage capsules (12.14, 9.10,6.83 g crude drug / kg) by gavage. The body weight, body temperature, swimming time with load , The ability of low temperature resistance; observed anti-Fugan particles on mice by intragastric administration of acute toxicity. Results: Kangfu Granule can significantly increase the body temperature and body weight of mice with spleen deficiency, and can significantly prolong the load-bearing swimming time and enhance the ability of cold-tolerant mice (P <0.05, P <0.01); acute toxicity No obvious toxic reaction was observed in the experiment. The maximum dosage was 267.48 g crude drug / kg. CONCLUSION: Kangfeijin Granule can improve the body temperature and body weight of mice with spleen deficiency, have anti-fatigue and cold-resistant effects, increase the ability of anti-stress in mice, and have good safety.
