结合江苏省宿迁~淮安高速公路的建设特点,将“创新、创业、创优”的“三创”新江苏精神与高速公路工程建设实践相结合,创新工作思路,提升建设理念,从建设理念、勘查设计、组织管理、精细施工等4个方面如何落实科学发展观进行了具体工程实践,并创造性地提出了“精品高速、生态宿淮”的建设理念,攻克了五河口斜拉桥、淮安京杭运河特大桥等多项重大技术难题,工程提前全面优质建成,成功打造出代表江苏省“十五”高速公路最好水平的“精品高速,生态宿淮”品牌工程。
Combined with the construction characteristics of Suqian ~ Huai’an Expressway in Jiangsu Province, this paper combines the new spirit of “three innovations” of “innovation, entrepreneurship and excellence” with the construction practice of expressway construction, innovates the work train of thought and enhances the construction concept. From the construction concept, Exploration and design, organization and management, fine construction and other four aspects of how to implement the scientific concept of development carried out a concrete engineering practice and creatively put forward the “high-quality boutique, ecological Huai Huai,” the construction concept to overcome the five estuary cable-stayed bridge, Huai’an Beijing Hang Grand Canal Bridge and many other major technical problems, the project completed in advance overall quality, successfully created on behalf of Jiangsu Province, “Tenth Five-Year” highway best “high-quality goods, ecological Su Huai” brand project.
