临床发现,大约52%的帕金森病人患病后会明显消瘦,22%的人体重减轻可高达十多公斤,大约67%的帕金森病人会出现营养摄入不足,尤其缺乏蛋白质、维生素A、维生素E、铁、锌等微量元素。一方面,帕金森病造成的肌肉强直、震颤导致能量消耗大、正常摄入的营养不够用。另一方面,帕金森治疗药物可引起恶心、呕吐、食欲差,导致营养吸收不好。更要警惕的是,由于部分食物会影响药物疗效,因此一些病友吃饭时前思后想,怕这怕那,吃得也不合理。
