文中第一部份对本校机械工厂在1960年试制 y7131磨齿机工作中加工精密蜗轮时在滚床上使用易位加工法提高精度的原理进行分析计算。提出合理的易位角选择。简述易位加工的实际操作程序并比较理论计算精度与实际加工精度。第二部份分析滚床传动偏心误差与蜗轮安装的几何偏心误差的相互消除条件。记述本校工厂试用分析结果在滚床上进行精密蜗轮加工的成果。
