我科于1983年4月收治一例脐带帆状附着断裂患者。因其较为少见,故扼要介绍如下: 张××,女,25岁,住院号,85072,患者以闭经40周、阴道流水20小时,于1983年4月1日入院。自述以往月经正常,末次月经1982年6月26日,停经50天时有早孕反应,4个月时自觉胎动,且腹部逐月膨隆。入院前20小时突然阴道流水,约1500ml,入院前6小时感下腹阵发性隐痛,无阴道流血。检查:体温36℃,脉博80次/分,血压120/80mmHg。产科检
