在我国教育体制改革不断深入的今天,建设现代学校制度、完善中小学学校管理制度,推进家长委员会建设是其中重要一环。因此,如何建立规范的家委会制度,最大限度地发挥学校家委会的作用,形成和谐的家校关系,打造家校教育合力,成为中小学校共同关注的重要课题。山东省枣庄市第十五中学结合学校实际情况,在学校家委会建设方面努力探索,积累了宝贵经验。为此,本刊记者采访了该校邓淇校长。
