近年来,高职院校的飞速发展使其学生组成发生了根本变化,即由原来的社会精英到普通劳动者。但高职院校在应对这种变化时,却缺乏准备,导致学生管理滞后,影响高职教育健康发展。分析当前高职院校学生管理中面临的法律问题,在此基础上提出具体有效的解决方法,对高职院校的进一步发展意义重大。
In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational colleges has fundamentally changed the composition of its students, that is, from the original social elite to ordinary laborers. However, when dealing with this kind of change, the higher vocational colleges lack of preparation, leading to the lag of student management and the healthy development of higher vocational education. Analysis of the current legal problems faced by the management of students in higher vocational colleges, based on this proposed concrete and effective solution to the further development of higher vocational colleges is of great significance.
