水库在我国国民经济和社会发展中具有特殊的作用,它能解决防洪、灌溉、供水等问题,而其水资源的开发与利用可以缓解石油、天然气等资源短缺的矛盾。当前,广西经济发展和社会进步要求继续建造新的水库。在水库工程施工中,施工前的测量工作是工程质量管理的关键。针对如何对施工测量工作进行有效的控制,笔者提出自己的见解。
The reservoir plays a special role in our country’s national economy and social development. It can solve the problems of flood control, irrigation and water supply. The development and utilization of its water resources can ease the contradiction between the shortage of resources such as oil and natural gas. At present, Guangxi’s economic development and social progress require the construction of new reservoirs. In reservoir construction, the measurement before construction is the key to project quality management. Aiming at how to effectively control the construction survey, I put forward my opinion.
