储气库系统注采可靠性评价方法

随着全球储气库投产数量日益增长,储气库安全运行及注采能力逐渐成为业界关注的重点。依据可靠度与储气库工艺运行的相关理论,综合采用蒙特卡罗、K/N冗余系统等多种方法对储气库注采可靠性进行研究。研究内容包括储气库系统可靠性评价指标的建立、储气库系统可靠度计算、储气库系统注采工艺流程简化与计算、影响储气库注采能力的主要设备可靠度计算模型的建立。应用研究成果对某储气库注采过程中的相关设备、单元及系统可靠度进行计算,结果能够反映储气库设备、单元及系统注采可靠度随工艺参数及运行时间的变化规律,对于指导储气库合理、安全运行,提高储气库注采能力具有重要的工程意义。 As the number of global gas reservoirs goes into operation, the safe operation of gas storage and the ability of injecting and withdrawing gas have gradually become the focus of the industry. According to the theory of reliability and operation of gas storage, the reliability of gas injection and production in gas storage is studied by a variety of methods such as Monte Carlo and K / N redundancy system. The research contents include the establishment of reliability evaluation index of gas storage system, the reliability calculation of gas storage system, the simplification and calculation of gas injection process of gas storage system, and the establishment of the reliability calculation model of main equipment affecting the gas injection and production capacity of gas storage . Applying the research results to calculate the related equipment, units and system reliability in the process of injection and production of a gas storage, the results can reflect the variation rules of the reliability of injection and production of gas storage equipment, units and systems with the process parameters and operating time, It is of important engineering significance to guide the gas storage tank to be reasonable and safe to operate and to improve the injection and production capacity of the gas storage.
