档案管理向来是医院日常运行管理控制的重要部分,人事档案管理作为医院人力资源管理工作的关键点,一直是医院实现内部管理现代化、实现人才培养与内部管理可持续发展的一大瓶颈与突破口。本文结合新时期医院档案管理及人力资源管理特点,从人事档案管理机制及人才创新培养、现代化管理方式的灵活运用、人事档案的开发利用等方面探讨了新时期医院人事档案管理模式的创新途径。
Archives management has always been an important part of hospital routine operation and management control. As the key point of hospital human resources management, personnel archives management has always been a major bottleneck and a breakthrough for hospitals to realize internal management modernization and achieve sustainable development of personnel training and internal management. Combined with the characteristics of hospital archives management and human resource management in the new era, this paper explores the innovative ways of hospital personnel archives management in the new era from the aspects of personnel file management mechanism and personnel training, the flexible application of modern management methods and the development and utilization of personnel files.
