近年来,我国出现了企业“招工难”和大学生“就业难”的劳动力市场低配置效率现象。通过梳理企业内生价值创造、比较优势、资源禀赋可能存在的内在逻辑联系,文章论证了影响企业劳动需求的基础条件,指出劳动力市场低配置效率现象的原因是企业的内生价值创造非优,从而为透视我国劳动力市场用工问题开辟了另一个视角。
In recent years, there has been a phenomenon of low labor efficiency in the labor market in our country, such as “difficulty in recruiting workers” and “difficulty in finding employment” for undergraduates.
