目的:研究光照对黄芩悬浮细胞内源激素与有效成分相关性的影响。方法:采用HPLC法检测黄芩悬浮细胞中黄芩苷含量,酶联免疫吸附法检测内源激素。结果:研究结果表明在光照条件下,伴随着IAA含量的降低,黄芩苷含量也随之降低,两者变化曲线显著相关(r=0.972)。相对较高的IAA含量和相对较低的GAs含量有利于黄芩苷的积累,而绝对的GAs含量在本研究中并没有表现出与黄芩苷有很强的相关性。结论:黄芩悬浮细胞有效成分与内源激素绝对含量以及相对含量具有相关性。
Objective: To study the effect of light on the correlation between endogenous hormones and active ingredients of Astragalus membranaceus suspension cells. METHODS: The content of baicalin in suspension cells of Astragalus membranaceus was determined by HPLC, and endogenous hormones were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS: The results showed that under light conditions, the content of baicalin decreased with the decrease of IAA content, and there was a significant correlation between the two curves (r=0.972). The relatively high IAA content and relatively low GAs content favor the accumulation of baicalin, and the absolute GAs content in this study did not show a strong correlation with baicalin. Conclusion: There is a correlation between the absolute content of endogenous hormones and the relative content of the active ingredients of Astragalus membranaceus suspension cells.
