The famous wedding ring jeweler Ritami brought the physical store business online and even developed an online wedding ring tailoring platform for consumers. Maybe this story is as old as the history of e-commerce: You fall in love and begin to purchase engagement rings, and then you find that on the Internet, both the price and the choice range are better than the physical store. But soon, reason also made you daunted. After all, who would spend thousands of dollars to buy a product that hasn’t been carefully reviewed?
