用实例介绍了实验室虚拟挤出型材口型之模块的应用。采用横向流动减小的方法(CFMM)平衡口型中所有断面,胶料在流道中的流动过程不必重新分布,这样,挤出口型对挤出机类型和线速度就不敏感。
An example is given to introduce the application of the module of the laboratory virtual extrusion profile. The cross-flow reduction method (CFMM) balances all cross-sections in the die and does not have to be redistributed during flow through the die so that the die is insensitive to extruder type and line speed.
