我们于1987年10月起,在对现症麻风患者进行联合化疗的同时,对固效、观察期病人亦进行了为期一年的“两联”复治,并对所有病人家属进行了为期半年的预防性服药。固效、观察期病人共31例,男26、女5;L25、T6;年龄以40～59岁为多,占61.30％;用RFP每月600mg顿服,DDS每日100mg自服,疗程一年。病人家属共468名,现症病人家属144名,复治病人家属324名;年龄以0～29岁为多,占64.53％;每月用RFP600mg顿服,半年(儿童50mg/kg)。
