The main reason for late death in patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) is urinary tract infection and renal failure.Therefore,reconstructing the urinary system functions of SCI patients can be highly significant.Spastic bladder induced by SCI above the sacrum can be treated by intermittent catheterization,drug therapy and a variety of conventional surgeries,but all methods have problems.
