当前,煤矿岩巷掘进中的装岩工作,普遍采用装载机直接将岩石卸入矿车。其装岩效率较低,劳动强度较大(用人力推车)。如果能配上转载机,便不仅可以提高装岩效率,而且可取消人工推车,从而可改善劳动条件。据目前国内情况,采用皮带转载机是行之有效的。皮带转载机的容量可按下式计算 Qz=Q_1+Q_1t_2/t_1式中 Qz——转载机容量; Q_1——装载机的生产率; t_1——装1辆矿车时间; t_2——过矿车间隔时间。 若矿车容积为V_1,则Q_1=V_1/t_1。 上式可看出,装载机的容量(Q_z)随着装车时间(t_1)减少而增大,随着过矿车间
