采用单因素法,对微弧氧化的主要电参数对A7N01S-T5铝合金微弧氧化膜层性能的影响进行研究。结果表明,随电流密度和脉冲频率的增加,膜层厚度和粗糙度均增加。随占空比的增加,膜层厚度和粗糙度均先降低后增加。腐蚀电流和腐蚀电位变化较复杂。选择电参数为电流密度5 A/dm2,脉冲频率200 Hz,占空比22.5%。微弧氧化处理后试样的耐腐蚀性明显优于未氧化处理的试样。
The influence of main electric parameters of microarc oxidation on the micro-arc oxidation film properties of A7N01S-T5 aluminum alloy was studied by single factor method. The results show that the film thickness and roughness increase with the increase of current density and pulse frequency. With the increase of duty cycle, the thickness and roughness of the film first decrease and then increase. Corrosion current and corrosion potential changes more complicated. Select the electrical parameters for the current density 5 A / dm2, pulse frequency 200 Hz, duty cycle 22.5%. The corrosion resistance of the sample after micro-arc oxidation was obviously better than the sample without oxidation.
