聚丙烯由于在理化性能上具有诸多优势,使其在汽车生产、电子加工等领域有着广泛应用,聚丙烯生产成为化工材料和结构材料的基础性环节,衡量一个国家制造业、化工业的现实水平,聚丙烯生产是一项核心的参考,优化聚丙烯生产,控制聚丙烯生产全过程成为当前化工大国的共同目标。本研究以聚丙烯生产作为基础,展开了对聚丙烯生产控制的深入思考,在提出做好聚丙烯生产建模的前提下,提供了聚丙烯生产过程实现优化控制的措施。
Because of its many advantages in physical and chemical properties, polypropylene has been widely used in automobile production and electronic processing fields. The production of polypropylene has become the basic link of chemical materials and structural materials, measuring the realistic level of a country’s manufacturing and chemical industry , Polypropylene production is a core reference to optimize the production of polypropylene, polypropylene production control the whole process has become the common goal of the current chemical big country. In this study, based on polypropylene production, the control of polypropylene was deeply discussed. Under the precondition of making polypropylene production modeling, it provided measures to optimize the production of polypropylene.
