嵩县是水利大县,经过历届县委、政府和全县人民的努力,嵩县水利建设取得了巨大成就,有力地促进了县域经济的发展,但也因违背自然规律,盲目建设走了不少弯路,造成了极大浪费,甚至留下了隐患。文章从嵩县的实际出发,分析了嵩县水利建设的成果及存在的问题,针对“十三五”水利发展进行了探讨。
Song County is a water conservancy county, after successive county Party committee, government and county people’s efforts, Song County water conservancy construction has made great achievements, effectively promoted the development of county economy, but also because of the violation of the laws of nature, blindly go a lot Detours, causing great waste, and even left a hidden danger. Based on the actual situation in Song County, this paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems of water conservancy construction in Song County, and discusses the development of water conservancy for “Thirteen Five”.
