随着我国经济高速发展,城市覆盖率越来越高,我国建筑行业的发展形势良好。建筑行业是一个对效率、成本要求很高的行业,传统的工程造价模式已经不能适应建筑行业的快速发展。因此,如何使用更先进的建筑技术推动建筑行业创新发展,是当前建筑行业需要解决的难题。传统建筑工程中计算机使用率非常低,大量依靠人力进行工程造价工作,导致建筑工程的进行速度缓慢。随着建筑技术的发展,国际上出现一种叫做BIM的建筑技术,这一技术提高了工程建设速度,优化建筑工程质量,减少了工程造价的成本。本文就BIM技术在工程造价中应用的优势和不足进行分析,并提出一些改进措施。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the urban coverage rate is getting higher and higher, and the construction industry in our country has enjoyed a good development. The construction industry is an industry with high requirements on efficiency and cost. The traditional construction cost model can not meet the rapid development of the construction industry. Therefore, how to use more advanced construction technology to promote the innovation and development of the construction industry is the current construction industry needs to be solved. Traditional building projects in the computer usage is very low, relying heavily on human engineering costs, resulting in slow construction of the project. With the development of construction technology, there is a kind of international construction technology called BIM, which improves the construction speed, optimizes the construction quality and reduces the cost of construction. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of BIM technology in project cost and puts forward some improvement measures.
