目的了解公众对公共卫生事件的舆论动态,为卫生行政部门决策提供及时的信息支持。方法按照监测方案要求,动态实时监测公共卫生相关舆情,对舆情信息进行汇总、分析。结果共监测6类媒体114条舆情,监测内容前三位为传染病、食品安全、药品安全。结论媒体舆情监测能实现公共卫生问题的早发现、早应对,最大限度地减少不良舆论的负面影响。
Objective To understand the public opinion on public health emergencies and provide timely information support for decision-making by health administrative departments. Methods According to the requirements of the monitoring program, the public health related public opinion was monitored dynamically in real time and the public opinion information was summarized and analyzed. Results A total of 114 public opinions on 6 types of media were monitored. The top three monitoring contents were infectious diseases, food safety and drug safety. Conclusion The monitoring of media public opinion can realize the early detection and response of public health problems and minimize the negative influence of bad public opinion.
