目的探讨氟康唑片剂、静脉注射剂治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病(VVC)的疗效。方法将325例VVC患者随机分成A、B两组,A组氟康唑片剂150mg连续口服三天,B组氟康唑注射剂100mg连续静脉滴注三天。结果325例VVC患者,治疗后7～10天随访,治愈率为93.2%,其中A组治愈率92%,B组94.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟康唑治疗VVC疗程短、疗效高、安全、方便、无毒副作用,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of fluconazole tablets and intravenous injection in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC). Methods A total of 325 VVC patients were randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A received 150 mg of fluconazole tablets continuously for three days. Group B received 100 mg of fluconazole injection continuously for three days. Results A total of 325 VVC patients were followed up for 7-10 days. The cure rate was 93.2%. The cure rate was 92% in group A and 94.7% in group B, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions Fluconazole is a safe, convenient and nontoxic side-effect treatment for VVC. It is worth to be promoted clinically.
