随着测绘市场的开放,目前测绘市场以中小型测绘企业居多,然而近年来又出现测绘高级技术人才短缺、激励措施无效的现象,对中小型测绘企业的人力资源管理工作无疑是一个巨大的挑战,尤其是对绩效考核提出了更高的要求。本文主要从中小型测绘企业绩效考核存在问题的入手,提供可行性对策,为今后中小型测绘企业在绩效考核方面的改进提供参考意见。
