球磨机的中空轴瓦是在重负荷下工作,其润滑的好坏直接影响着球磨机的正常运转,一旦润滑不良或断油便会产生烧瓦甚至抱轴事故,所以中空轴是球磨机最重要的润滑部位。在没有特殊保护的措施下,每隔几分钟就要检查油量、油压等是否正常,以防油箱缺油、油泵跳闸、油管堵塞等原因造成断油事故,但实际操作中很难做到。为解决这个问题,我矿安装了连锁控制装置及ZWWK-0.1轴瓦感温保护仪(安徽天长市通用仪表厂生厂),对球磨机的安全运行起了重要作用。
