射箭是一种躯体上部,尤其是肩部力量和耐力的单侧静态性负荷运动,需要颈部、肩部、背部、后引臂及腕共同参与,在射箭项目损伤中常见的损伤集中在肩部、颈部、背部、手及腕部。常见的损伤原因有局部负荷过重引发慢性劳损、准备活动不够充分、伤病治疗不及时、运动队疏于管理。预防损伤的措施有加强思想教育、加强队伍管理、科学制订训练计划、合理开展力量训练、加强医务监督。
Archery is a kind of unilateral static load movement of the upper part of the body, especially the shoulder strength and endurance. It requires the participation of the neck, shoulder, back, forearm and wrist. The common injuries in archery projects are concentrated on the shoulders Ministry, neck, back, hand and wrist.
