我院用中国医学科学院药物研究所研制的尤特(0.5%鬼臼毒素酊)治疗34例尖锐湿疣,取得了较满意的疗效,现报告如下。临床资料1．一般资料:本院收治的34例均为门诊病人,其中男23例,女11例。年龄18~53岁,以20~30岁患者居多。病程2天~半年,平均2月。承认有婚外史或配偶感染史者28例,否认者6例。男性皮损分布于冠状沟、龟头、尿道口、包皮系带部及肛门;女性皮损分布于大小阴唇、阴道口、肛周,会阴。诊断主要依靠病史和临床表现,作醋酸白试验,少数作病理检查。对本药过敏者、孕妇及哺乳期妇女、有严重肝肾功能损害者均不列入观察对象。
Our hospital with Institute of Materia Medica, Institute of Materia Medica (0.5% podophyllotoxin tincture) treatment of 34 cases of genital warts, and achieved satisfactory results, are as follows. Clinical data 1. General Information: 34 cases admitted to our hospital were outpatients, including 23 males and 11 females. Aged 18 to 53 years old, mostly in patients 20 to 30 years old. Duration of 2 days to six months, an average of 2 months. 28 cases admitted to history of marital or spouse infection, 6 cases denied. Male lesions are located in the coronal, glans, urethra, foreskin lace and anus; female lesions located in the size of the labia, vaginal mouth, perianal, perineum. The diagnosis mainly depends on the history and clinical manifestations, for acetic acid white test, a few for pathological examination. The drug allergy, pregnant women and lactating women, severe liver and kidney dysfunction were not included in the observation.
