本实验选择重庆罐头食品总厂生产的芦笋汁为研究对象,观察其对体外培养的肿瘤细胞的抗癌作用,结果显示:该芦笋汁对恶性程度较高的人肺巨细胞癌细胞系(95—D细胞系)有明显的抑制生长及杀灭作用,这种作用在加药后12小时即可明显表现出来,对癌细胞的抑制和杀伤作用与加入芦笋汁的浓度成正比,随时间延长,其作用亦愈加显著,但以36小时时相点作用最为明显;实验还观察到芦笋汁的最低有效抑制癌细胞生长和最低有效杀灭癌细胞的作用浓度分别为1:5120和1:1280。
