本文介绍的大鼠肾移植模型是将供肾移植于受体髂腹股沟部，供肾动、静脉分别在受体腹腔外与其股动、静脉端－端吻合，移植肾输尿管（带膀胱瓣片）与受体膀胱吻合。选择适当的股动、静脉断端与供肾动、静脉吻合，受肾侧后肢不会出现坏死现象。本模型的建立可为肾移植的研究提供更便利的条件。
