上海某数据中心制冷系统设计配置自然冷源,然后实际运营效果与理想设计方案存在较大差距,且制冷系统冷机、水泵等组件运行能耗高于设计值。经作者现场调研并发现诸多实际问题,例如:冷却水塔布水效率低,水系统管道阻力大,自然冷源与冷机无法精准切换等。为解决上述矛盾,本文从技术角度着手策划制冷系统整体节能技术改造,以真正达到安全设计之初衷与节约降耗之目的。作者重点强调数据中心制冷系统内外平衡理念,关注系统整体运行能耗,通过改善冷却塔换热效果,降低管道局部阻力,优化水泵组与主机组运行平衡,优化自然冷源节能运行策略等方面,深度挖掘制冷系统的节能潜力。
In Shanghai, a data center cooling system is designed and configured with a natural cold source, and then there is a big gap between the actual operation effect and the ideal design scheme.
