氨基酸对水稻营养作用的研究

早在本世纪初,Brown(1906)用大麦作材料,证明天门冬酰胺、天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸处理的干重相当于硝酸钾。之后,不少学者用兰花胚进行了氨基酸营养作用的研究。然而,较精确的试验还是本世纪后半叶的事。三井进午、奥田东、森敏、高桥等人对植物氮素的吸收机制进行了大量的研究,证明植物不仅能吸收无机氮,而且可单独利用氨基酸氮。我国晚近也在进行这方面的研究,如中国科学 As early as the beginning of this century, Brown (1906) used barley as material, demonstrating that asparagine, aspartate and glutamic acid dry equivalent to potassium nitrate.
