目的 :采用计算机优化技术优化甲氨蝶呤人血白蛋白微球的制备工艺。方法 :以均匀设计方法考察不同因素在3个水平下对微球平均粒径的影响。实验结果以多元线性回归法处理。结果 :白蛋白浓度和乳化搅拌速度对微球大小影响显著。乳化时间和乳化剂用量对微球大小没有显著影响。结论 :计算机优化技术可以有效优化微球制备工艺 ,值得推广应用到其它剂型
Objective: To optimize the preparation of methotrexate human albumin microspheres by computer optimization. Methods: The uniform design method was used to investigate the effect of different factors on the average particle size of microspheres at three levels. The experimental results were treated by multiple linear regression. Results: Albumin concentration and emulsifying speed had significant effect on microsphere size. Emulsification time and the amount of emulsifier had no significant effect on microsphere size. Conclusion: Computer optimization technology can effectively optimize the preparation of microspheres, it is worth to promote the use of other formulations
