采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、C18等柱色谱方法对新疆一枝蒿Artemisia rupestris L.干燥地上部位的醇提物进行分离纯化,得到16个化合物(1~16)。通过1H NMR、13C NMR等波谱技术,16个化合物的结构分别鉴定为:一枝蒿酮酸(1),12-hydroxy-4,11(13)-guaiadien-3-one(2),木犀草素(3),5,7-二羟基-3’,4’-二甲氧基黄酮(4),木犀草素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),木犀草素7-O-[α-L-木糖-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖](6),蒙花苷(7),槲皮素(8),石吊兰素(9),栀子素丁(10),茵芋苷(11),豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12),1,2-O-异丙叉基-α-D-呋喃葡萄糖苷(13),天师酸(14),β-谷甾醇(15),胡萝卜苷(16)。其中化合物2,4,6,9,11~14均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The ethanolic extracts from the dry aerial parts of Artemisia rupestris L.were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and C18 column chromatography. Sixteen compounds (1-16) were obtained. The structures of the 16 compounds were identified as 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, etc. The structures of the 16 compounds were identified as: 1, 12-hydroxy-4,11 (13) -guaiadien-3-one (3), 5,7-dihydroxy-3 ’, 4’-dimethoxyflavone (4), luteolin 7-O- β -D- glucoside (5), luteolin 7-O- [α-L-xylose- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucose] (6), Monatin (7), quercetin (8) 10), Glucoside (11), stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (12), 1,2-O- isopropylidene-α-D-glucopyranoside (13) Tartaric acid (14), β-sitosterol (15), daucosterol (16). Compounds 2,4,6,9,11 ~ 14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
