本文基于宏观经济政策的目标分别从宏观经济、物价、就业和出口四个方面构建了多维景气系统。该景气指数系统采用增长率循环,分别选择工业增加值、CPI、就业指数、出口为各领域运行基准指标,通过K-L信息量、时差相关系数和峰谷对应法筛选出先行和一致指标体系,采用美国商务部合成景气指数法,将代表各领域运行状况的指标合成先行和一致指数。实证表明,该系统可全面监测预警我国各领域整体运行状况,先行指数对一致指数有良好预判作用,可为政府宏观调控提供决策支持。
