目的:了解氨甲酰化血红蛋白在肾移植术后肾功能恢复中的作用。方法:采用高效液相色谱法动态检测28例肾移植患者氨甲酰化血红蛋白含量。结果:肾功能稳定组氨甲酰化血红蛋白在本后第24天接近正常,并与第3天的尿素水平相关性最佳,急性排斥组却变化不大。结论:氨甲酰化血红蛋白是反映尿素浓度及作用时间的参数,可作为肾移植术后肾功能恢复的监测指标。
Objective: To understand the role of carbamylated hemoglobin in the recovery of renal function after renal transplantation. Methods: The contents of carbamylated hemoglobin in 28 renal transplant recipients were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). RESULTS: Carbamylated hemoglobin in the stable renal function group was close to normal on the 24th day and had the best correlation with the urea level on the third day. The acute rejection group did not change much. CONCLUSION: Carbamylated hemoglobin is a parameter that reflects urea concentration and duration of action, and can be used as a monitoring indicator of renal function recovery after renal transplantation.
