目的:慢性牙髓炎伴牙齿、牙龈剧烈疼痛是口腔门诊较为常见高发的急症。因为急慢性牙髓炎的临床表现主要是牙龈、牙齿持续疼痛严重者伴牙龈肿胀,影响患者工作休息,笔者在进行一次性填充治疗观察时,准确测量根管长度,避免根管预备时的盲目性;根管预备时采用5.25%次氯酸钠液及生理盐水交替冲洗措施达到相对彻底清洗机械预备所不能达到的区域[1],次氯酸钠可溶解牙髓组织,如此预备根管可以控制一次性根治术后患者的再感染和复发。由于进行一次性根管治疗术可以明显缩短治疗时间,减少病人多次反复的治疗,同步减少口腔牙龈感染复发的机率,大大提高了临床工作效率,值得推广应用。 Objective: Chronic pulpitis with teeth, severe pain in the gums is more common in oral clinic emergency.
