弧齿锥齿轮硬齿面刮削加工是国外近几年来发展起来的一项新技术。由阜新矿业学院和石家庄煤机厂共同研究的“采用刮削新工艺提高弧齿锥齿轮传动质量”的课题已于1987年12日下旬由煤炭部机械制造局组织并通过了鉴定。采用该项新工艺的特点是,在国产现有普通弧齿锥齿轮加工机床的条件下,采用首创的刃倾角直线刀刃(刀具为直廓刃形理论和刀齿重磨成形理论的观点具有独特的见解)的硬质合金刀具进行斜角切削,延长了刀具的寿命,使之该项新工艺稳定地用于实际生产,对中小批量刮削弧齿锥齿轮硬齿面尤为适用。经现场生产对刮削模数为7的弧齿锥齿轮(齿面硬度HRC60)的实测:加工精度达到JB180—60的5-6-7级,齿面粗糙度Ra0.4μm(▽8)。
