目的:研究槲皮素注射液、槲皮素亚微乳注射剂静脉注射后在小鼠体内的药代动力学过程及组织分布。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定小鼠血浆和组织中的槲皮素浓度。结果:槲皮素亚微乳剂在各组织中的分布顺序依次为肝>血>肾>脾>肺>心>脑,且其在血浆、肝、脾、肾、脑中的AUC0→t显著高于普通注射液(P<0.05),在肝、脑、脾、肾中的Rte、Re均大于1。结论:槲皮素亚微乳剂静脉注射液能明显改变槲皮素在小鼠血浆中的药代动力学特征,并具有明显的肝、脑、脾、肾组织中的靶向定位特征。
Objective: To study the pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution of quercetin injection and quercetin submicromulsion injection in mice after intravenous injection. Methods: Quercetin concentrations in plasma and tissues of mice were determined by RP-HPLC. Results: The order of distribution of quercetin submicroemulsions was liver> blood> kidney> spleen> lung> heart> brain, and its AUC0 → t was significantly higher in plasma, liver, spleen, kidney and brain In normal injection (P <0.05), Rte and Re in liver, brain, spleen and kidney were both higher than 1. Conclusion: The intravenous injection of quercetin submicroemulsion can obviously change the pharmacokinetics of quercetin in the plasma of mice, and has the obvious localization characteristics in liver, brain, spleen and kidney.
