为了探讨植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)C88联合短梗五加多糖(Acanthopanax sessiliflorus polysaccharide,ASP)的抗疲劳作用,选取88只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为4组,分别灌胃生理盐水、ASP、植物乳杆菌C88和ASP+植物乳杆菌C88。实验结束后测定小鼠强迫游泳固定时间,游泳力竭时间以及肝脏、血清相关生化指标。结果表明短梗五加多糖及植物乳杆菌C88能够缩短小鼠强迫游泳固定时间,延长小鼠游泳力竭时间,增加肝脏中肝糖元储备量,提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,降低乳酸(LD)、血尿素氮(BUN)和丙二醛(MDA)水平,短梗五加多糖与植物乳杆菌C88联合使用作用效果优于单独使用。综上所述,短梗五加多糖与植物乳杆菌C88联合使用具有一定的抗疲劳作用。
In order to investigate the anti-fatigue effect of Lactobacillus plantarum C88 combined with Acanthopanax sessiliflorus polysaccharide (ASP), 88 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, which were randomly divided into four groups: normal saline, ASP, Lactobacillus C88 and ASP + Lactobacillus plantarum C88. After the experiment, mice were forced to swim for a fixed time, exhausted swimming time and liver, serum biochemical indicators. The results showed that the short stem polysaccharides and Lactobacillus plantarum C88 can shorten the swimming time forced swimming, prolonged swimming time to exhaustion, increased hepatic glycogen reserves in the liver, increased serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) (CAT) activity and the levels of lactate (LD), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were decreased. The combined effect of polysaccharides from short stems and five strains of Lactobacillus plantarum was better than single use. In summary, the short stem five plus polysaccharide and Lactobacillus plantarum C88 combination has a certain anti-fatigue effect.
