木耳、香菇之类食用菌,一直是以木材作为培养基进行生产,这不仅限制了生产的扩大,也对蓄养森林不利。笔者于1973年开始试验,用作物稿秆与树枝代替木材进行食用菌的生产,获得初步成功,现将筛选出的较好的一种技术处理,总结初报于下。一,配料处理:配料比例是:干玉米秆(去叶、根)30斤,干玉米蕊40斤,干桑枝(整枝后的桑条)30斤。以上分别用“颚式粉碎机”轧细成粗粉粒。调制时用0.1%的磷酸二氢钾水溶液浸饱以上的混合粉料,湿度以用手一捏成团、一丢即
